Chief Instructor Tests for 7th dan, Becomes Unified ITF's First Master

Congratulations to Oulundsen's Taekwon-Do Chief Instructor Master William Oulundsen on achieving the rank of 7th degree black belt.  Master Oulundsen was tested by Grand Master K.S. Hwang on Friday, August 5, 2005 in front of an audience filled with family, friends, students and former students.
