Oulundsen's offers unlimited training with no contracts. Class schedules are set up for students to attend at least two classes per week, usually a Monday/Wednesday class or a Tuesday/Thursday class. You are welcome to attend any other training time which you are qualified for.

Adult Classes

The problem with most exercise programs is that people don't stick with them. And one of the main reasons why is that most exercise programs are boring. That's why more and more people are using martial arts as a way to get in, and stay in shape - it's fun!

Adults choose Taekwon-Do for their physical training for different reasons. Some like the aerobic workout; others enjoy the self-defense or competitive sport aspect of the art.
