In the first hour, Master Oulundsen had a children's class teaching basic techniques, one-step sparring, pattern and a little self defense.

The second hour was spent with the adults who Master Oulundsen left it up to on what they  wanted him to teach. They chose free sparring and self defense. Master Oulundsen taught a women's self defense class one week earlier in Massachusetts with over 50 women for Family Martial Arts.
